I now have the manual minus the wiring diagram on a flash drive.

If you want a copy then text me and we'll figure out how to get it to you email or what ever.
Know this, I'm not to electronic technology savvy.
So you might have to talk (sloooowly) me through the procedure 😁

Alright fellow Scrambler freaks, this is a good Forum.
The only shithead in the group is me 😁
I respect ALL the members here and will not jeopardize this Forum or it's members with any threats of prosecution for Trademark Rights-even though it makes me angry that I/we can be dictated to about what we own and how to use it.

So I have a plan uhhh C.
Chain mail.
This is what I want.
The first person that contacts me I will LOAN the flash drive to. I do not care what country you live in. I will pay for the postage/shipping.
Then you will do the same for the next member on the list so on and do on.
This is going to be considered a permanent loan.
The last Scrambler rider is responsible to forward the device to the next member.

Get your names only list in the reply.
Message me in Conversations your address and I will get it on its way to you.

Hi All,
The post above this one by me (#52) seems to be corrupted as it is not loading, but continues to load for ever just as spinning wheel.
Seeing this Thread and the two others of similar vein go back to 2024, what is the state of play now before the next person pops up with a request for a Service manual copy ?

@evolutiontoast made a Google Drive, supplied with an active and OPEN link that anyone can use to download the Service Manual as a 124 MB PDF and a Wiring Diagram 2 MB.

As a test I downloaded both without signing into this Forum, that's why I say it's open to the World.
That link is in Post #2 of this Thread.

Perhaps this "CL500 Service/Repair Manual Thread is one our Moderator Mike should sticky pin it OR ideally make a new sticky pin Thread with just post 2 and lock it closed to comments ?

Rob.

I'm not sure on what part of the world the thumb/flash drive is.
I'll gladly loan you my factory paper manual.
Just pay postage when you return it.

I'd be happy to donate the cost of the manual to a charity. In the UK to buy a manual from the States the total including postage is an outrageous £330!!! ie manual £50, the rest £280. They don't want us doing our own spannering here. We don't have the right to repair legislation that you have in the States.

Clot is first.
Charlie J you and Clot are fellow countrymen.

I'll have to get the device back. I gave it to a tech savvy friend to do the what would have been a PDF. He is a couple of states away.
So Clot as soon as I retrieve the drive it will be on its way sometime lateish(?) next week hopefully.

Any chance of getting a copy of this? I bought myh own 1 inch thick copy from Helms, took a few weeks for them to print and ship the thing, also had to use a freight forwarding service as I'm not in the US. So I'm a legit owner already, but I would like to have it as a digital copy. Anyone got something to share? A download link is much preferred, but I'm old enought to have experienced "chain mail" before so that method would work too. :)
